Primary Bathroom Before & After
When renovating a bathroom, it's common to encounter hidden challenges that require expert solutions. This project was no different and during the demolition phase, we uncovered a few unexpected issues. One issue was the bathroom vent wasn’t safely routed outside but was instead directing moisture straight into the attic—which could have led to long-term damage. We also discovered an odd bump-out in one of the walls, left behind from improper framing when the home was built. Our team resolved both problems, ensuring the bathroom was not only beautiful but also structurally sound and up to code.
This project included:
- Removing the partition wall for a more open feel
- Installing brand-new flooring for a fresh, polished look
- Adding a spacious double sink vanity for storage and convenience
- Building a full tile shower and tub combo
- Updating drywall, paint, lighting, and the toilet to complete the space
Beyond construction, we guided the homeowners through our design process, helping them choose timeless finishes that suit their style and will stand the test of time.
